OCR: Changing the current drawing Tayer When no elements are selected in the illustration window the current drawing layer highlighted on the "Layers palette list. (If an element selected, then the layer it's positi oned on highlighted. That layer may or may not be the current drawing layer.) Anything you create is automatically placed on the current drawin: layer. You can change the current drawing layer at any time. To change the current drawing layer: Press the Tab key to make sure that no elements are selected. Click the name of the layer (on the Layers palette list) that you want to make the current drawing layer.
